Why
You Need a Website
You may be wondering why you need a website. A presence
on the Internet is fast becoming one of the most economical
ways to advertise your business. A web address makes your
advertising budget much more effective. Just one full-page
color ad in a magazine or paper can cost from $1,500 to
$6,000. If you buy an ad, your business will get exposure
for that month or week until the next issue comes out. When
you include your website address on your ad, everyone who
sees it can go to your site and view all the things you
offer in your business. When you use only print advertising,
you are also limited as to how much information you can
provide your future customers by the size of the ad that
you have purchased.
For
example, if you own a horse breeding facility where you have
worked years to improve the quality of your foals, you would
probably want your clients to be able to see the bloodlines,
show records and photographs of both the stallions and the
mares, along with the accomplishments of all their offspring.
It would be very difficult to fit all this information on
a very expensive ad in a national magazine.With your own website,
you can have as many pages as it takes to promote your business,
and it can be seen by anyone in the world, twenty-four hours
a day, every day of the year. You can also easily and inexpensively
have your information changed and updated when needed.

Facelifts
Did your web designer go South for the winter, or are you
tired of maintaining your site yourself? We can help you update
your current site or build you a new and improved one. Minor
updates to a site that we have totally built for you are free
of charge. Examples would be changing a picture or adding
a sentence or two. Updates that take longer than 15 minutes
per month will be charged at our standard hourly fee.

Hosting
Options
Is your hosting costing way too much, or are you using a
free service that is full of annoying pop-up windows? We
can move your site to our server, which allows us to serve
you better. We encourage our customers to host through us
because we can fully maintain your site without the worry
of anyone else accessing your information. Our webhost has
a dedicated server, which means faster access times to your
website and a lot more room.
Our
webhost provides 1.2 Gigs of space and will also allow you
to park additional websites under your main website. There
is a small fee for each website that you park, and you have
to pay for your website(s) URL name every year, but when you
park a site you do not pay yearly hosting fees for that site,
which saves you a lot of money. This means you could have
ten websites parked under your main website and only pay yearly
hosting fees for your main website. This is good if you have
other businesses that could be marketed by using separate
websites for each. Many hosting companies charge between $24.00
and $50.00 a month for this type of service but our hosting
company charges only $18.00. Why so inexpensive? Because we
sell hosting packages for a year in advance. Less hassle for
us means a large savings for you.
If you already host with another company, but you would still
like us to update or build your website, we will need your
connection information and passwords before we begin work
on your site. Just use our contact form and let us know what
you need.

Easy
ways to make money on your website:
Joining affiliate stores would be an easy way to help earn
money for the upkeep of your website. To earn money you could
have magazines through Commission Junction and Linkshare,
books from Amazon, and artwork from allposters.com. Here are

If you joined these companies as an affiliate, your website
will make usually between 10% and 30% from any sales generated.
Once the affiliate code is set up on your website, all you
would have to do is promote what you are selling. The companies
do everything else--fulfill and ship orders, customer service,
etc. This is just a really great and easy way to get other
income streams coming back from your website.
